She started her legal career as a pupil in 1999 under Mr.Tan Koon Heo of Messrs Soh Yok Lam & Co. in Muar. Once she completed her pupilage, she continues to establish her own legal firm in December 1999, known as Messrs Sazira & Co.

Throughout the 19 years of involvement in the legal field as an advocate and solicitor and a shar’ie lawyer, she has gained vast experience in handling variety of legal cases including conveyancing, corporate, general litigation, Islamic family law matters and Islamic property matters (estate administration, divorce and after divorce claims) and also patenting. She has represented and provide advises to variety of clients ranging from individuals, corporates, companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), financial institutions and others. Throughout her career, she has handled a very complex probate matter involving millions of ringgit; giving advise on complicated Islamic family matters, drafting various types of agreements, preparing and handling conveyancing and tenancy agreements and also preparing and handling loan agreements between borrowers and financiers (RHB Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, AmBank (M) Berhad, Public Bank Berhad and others). She also has experiences in handling inheritance matters involving more than 150 pieces of lands and more than 100 legal heirs and 48 layers of family branches (whereby the deceased died before the independence day). She is also active in writing papers and giving talks on topics related to her areas of practice.

Siti Hasmah Binti Md Nor was called to the Malaysian Bar in January, 2005. She had done her pupilage at Messrs Hafidz & Co, Kelana Jaya in 2004. During her pupilage she had been assisting her master in conveyancing and loan matters, by preparing agreements, documents, letters and handling the transactions from the beginning until the transaction completes.

She then began her legal practice at Messrs Leong Yeng Kit & Co in the area of conveyancing and financing. She is knowledgeable and is experienced with over 13 years of solid experience in conveyancing matters involving millions of ringgit properties [including drafting agreements, preparing documents, letters and advising clients (individual, company, corporation and liquidator) in sale and purchase transactions whether purchased directly from Developer, sub-sale or auction] and attending to loan/banking facilities involving millions of ringgit loan sums (for Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad, Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam, CIMB Bank Berhad and others). In attending to the conveyancing matters, she also experiences in dealing with the various Land Offices and Municipal Councils, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor and others. Apart from that, she also has experience in handling and drafting agreements for individual, corporate and commercial (such as tenancy agreement, shareholders agreement, sale and purchase of shares or company, supplemental agreement, trust and will matters and others) and dealing with government agencies such as Registrar of Society Malaysia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Tourism and Culture and others.

Bint Al Huda Binti Mohd Ghazali started her chambering at Messrs Ahmad Shazali & Co. During her chambering period, she has been exposed to conveyancing and criminal laws.She furthered her studies in 2011, on Diploma in Syariah Law (DSLP) in International Islamic University of Malaysia for 1 year and at the same time, she completed her pupilage. She was called to the bar in 21 January 2011. She successfully finished her DSLP in 2012. During the term of her pupilage, she had exposure in dealings with civil, conveyancing as well as criminal cases. After completed her pupilage, she become a legal assistant in Messrs Azman Sazira & partners started February 2011.During her term as legal assistant, she handling conveyancing, bankruptcies and civil litigation. She also obtained syarie license for Johor State in 2013.
